Save and Manage Your Favorite Genies
Your Favorites list lets you bookmark Genies you want to work with again or keep on your shortlist for future tasks. Here's how it works.
Adding a Genie to Favorites
- Go to the Genie Search page from your dashboard.
- Find the Genie you want to save.
- Click Add to Favorites on their Genie card.
The Genie is now saved to your Favorites list. The heart icon on their card will update to reflect their saved status.
To undo this, click Remove from Favorites on the same card. The Genie will be removed from your Favorites list and the card will reflect that change.
Viewing Your Favorites List
You can access your saved Genies from your Favorites page. Each Genie is displayed in a list with the following details:

You can sort the list by any column header — ascending or descending. Sorting by Rating surfaces higher-rated Genies first. Sorting by Experience surfaces more experienced Genies first.
Using Favorites When Inviting Genies to Bid
When you open a task for bids, an invite panel appears where you can select Genies to send bid invitations to. This panel includes a Favorites filter — activate it to display only your saved Genies, making it faster to find and invite Genies you already trust.
Other available filters in the invite panel:
- Search by name
- Ratings
- Expertise
- Skillsets
- Experience level
You can select up to 10 Genies to invite at once. If you try to select more than 10, you'll see the message: "You reached the maximum number of selected Genies."
Selected Genies are highlighted in purple. Clicking See Profile opens their profile in a new tab without resetting your current selection.
Action Buttons on Each Genie Row
From your Favorites list, you have three quick actions per Genie:
- Chat — Opens a direct message thread with that Genie.
- View Profile — Opens their full profile in a new tab or modal.
- Invite — Sends them a bid invitation for your task. Once sent, the button changes to an "Invited" state and cannot be clicked again for the same task.
Top-Match Genies and Plan Restrictions
When you post a task and open it for bids, the system also surfaces top-match Genies tagged as "perfect match" based on your task requirements. These appear automatically in the invite panel alongside your Favorites.
If you are on a non-subscription plan, you can hire Top-Tier Professionals (Genies with significant experience) up to 5 times. Once you reach that limit:
- Top-Tier Genies will no longer be available to invite.
- You can still access their profiles.
- The invite panel will show a prompt encouraging you to upgrade your plan.
- Entry-level and intermediate Genies remain fully available to invite.
To remove this limit, upgrade to a monthly or yearly subscription from your Manage Plan page.
