Advanced Monthly Plan

The Advanced Monthly Plan is a recurring monthly subscription that gives you a fixed credit balance each billing cycle, access to entry-level and intermediate Genies, and a dedicated Project Coordinator on every task.

Choose the hour tier that fits your monthly workload. All prices are in USD and billed through Stripe as a recurring monthly charge.

Estimated hours are a range because actual hours depend on which Genie tier completes your work. Entry-level Genies (0–2 years experience) are more cost-efficient per credit; mid-level Genies (3–5 years, 6–7 years) draw down credits faster.

What's Included

  • Credits roll over for up to 4 months. Unused credits don't disappear at the end of the month — they carry forward for up to four billing cycles.
  • Access to entry-level and intermediate Genies. This plan does not include top-tier Genies (7+ years experience). Those are available on the Top-Tier plan.
  • Fixed monthly fee. The same amount bills each cycle, making it easy to budget.
  • Dedicated Project Coordinator. Every task includes a coordinator for accountability and follow-through.
  • Priority support and premium features.

How Credits Work

Credits on this plan are denominated in USD. When a task is assigned to a Genie, credits are reserved based on the Genie's hourly rate multiplied by the agreed hours.

Genie rates that apply to this plan:

Example: You award a 20-hour task to a mid-level Genie at $8.50/hr. The system reserves $170.00 from your credit balance. If the Genie finishes in 18 hours, $17.00 is returned to your account.

Top-Up

If your credit balance runs low mid-cycle, you can top up your wallet without changing or cancelling your subscription. Top-up credits are added directly to your existing balance and share the same plan expiration date. You can top up from the Subscriptions & Billing page in your dashboard.

Upgrading or Downgrading

Upgrading to Top-Tier: You can upgrade at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately upon successful payment. Prorated charges apply, and your billing date adjusts accordingly. A confirmation email is sent after the upgrade completes. If payment fails, the upgrade is not applied.

Downgrading to Pay-As-You-Go: You can initiate a downgrade at any time, but it takes effect only at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep full access to the Advanced Monthly Plan until then. A confirmation email will include the effective downgrade date and how your next invoice is adjusted.

Managing Your Plan

You can view and manage your subscription from the Subscriptions & Billing page in your dashboard. The page displays:

  • Your current plan name and status
  • Available credit balance
  • Plan expiration date
  • Top-up wallet balance and expiration
  • Transaction history with downloadable invoices

Switching Between Monthly and Annual

An Annual version of the Advanced plan is also available. The annual plan offers a lower effective monthly cost (roughly 20% less) and extends the credit rollover window to 6 months instead of 4. You can switch by selecting the Yearly toggle on the pricing or subscription management page.
