The Top-Tier Monthly Plan gives you exclusive access to genies with 7+ years of experience, a dedicated Project Coordinator, and a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe.


Pricing and Estimated Hours

Choose the credit package that fits your workload. Each package is billed monthly and sets up a recurring payment.

Estimated hours are a range because the actual hours you get depend on the hourly rate of the genie you hire. More experienced genies have higher rates and will use credits faster.

How Credits Are Deducted

When you hire a genie, credits are deducted based on the genie's hourly rate and the hours worked. Top-Tier Monthly Plan clients can hire genies across the following experience brackets:

The estimated hours shown on each package are calculated using these rates. A $200 package gets you roughly 20–30 hours depending on which genie tier you work with.


Switching Plans

Upgrading from a lower plan: If you're on Pay As You Go or the Advanced Monthly Plan, you can upgrade to Top-Tier Monthly at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately upon successful payment, and your billing date adjusts accordingly. A confirmation email is sent after upgrading. Prorated charges apply.

Downgrading or switching to a conflicting plan: If you already have an active Top-Tier Monthly subscription, the system will prevent you from subscribing to another plan that conflicts with it. You'll need to manage your current subscription before selecting a different one.


Topping Up Credits

If you run low on credits mid-cycle, you can top up without changing your plan or billing date. A top-up adds credits directly to your current balance. Your subscription plan, expiry date, and billing cycle stay exactly as they are — only your available credit balance increases.

Non-Top-Tier Clients: Limited Access to Top-Tier Genies

If you're not on a Top-Tier plan, you can still hire top-tier genies — but only up to 5 times total. Once you've used all 5 hires, top-tier genies will no longer be available to bid on your tasks. At that point, you'll see an option to upgrade to the Top-Tier Monthly Plan directly from the genie selection screen.


Annual Option

A Top-Tier Annual Plan is also available at a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. Annual plans offer the same inclusions but with credits that roll over for up to 6 months instead of 4. See the Top-Tier Annual Plan article for full details.


Frequently Asked Questions

Do my credits expire? Unused credits roll over for up to 4 months. They do not expire at the end of each billing month as long as your subscription remains active.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. If you cancel a task before work begins, all unused reserved credits return to your account. If work has already started, credits are deducted for hours worked and the remainder is returned.

What happens if payment fails on renewal? If the recurring payment fails, the upgrade or renewal is not applied and you'll receive an error notification. Your previous plan status applies until payment succeeds.

Can I have two active subscriptions at once? No. You cannot subscribe to an Advanced plan while a Top-Tier subscription is active. The system will block the attempt and display a message to manage your current subscription first.
